Crete Clean Plus with Scar Guard

CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard is uniquely formulated to clean and condition densified and polished concrete and all hard surface floors (other than natural wood). CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard is NSF-certified and approved for use in institutional, industrial, and food-handling establishments. 

General Cleaning 

CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard is simple and easy to use. First, remove any debris from the area to be cleaned. CreteClean Plus can then be applied by wet mop, automatic scrubber, or other means (if using a wet mop, use only a cotton mop head and change the cleaning solution every 800-1,000 ft2). Remove any excess diluted CreteClean Plus and allow the concrete surface to air-dry. For enhanced results on concrete treated with the Ashford Formula or RetroPlate System, periodically burnish or buff the surface with a non-aggressive or polishing pad. 

Poultice Cleaning Procedure for Severe Oil Staining 

Remove all loose soil and fine grit. Mop down CreteClean Plus with Scar Guard diluted at 4 oz./ gal of water (31.2-39 ml/ L). Agitate the solution to assist the product in penetrating the soil's surface. Cover the wet surface with plastic film and tape down the edges. Allow the area to remain wet for 10-15 minutes or longer if possible. Remove the plastic film and dispose of the soiled solution. The procedure may need to be repeated if soil leaches back to the surface as the concrete completely dries out. 

Note: This procedure is designed for spot removal of significant oil or grease staining.
