Dry Erase for Whiteboards & Most Surfaces

MONOCHEM DRY ERASE is a 2-component aliphatic polyurethane that creates a dry-erase environment for interior or exterior surfaces. It allows almost any surface to be converted into a high-performance erasable canvas. It is a GREEN, universally compliant coating that is USDA-approved and contains no hazardous air pollutants. DRY ERASE is available in gloss, clear, or can be pigmented to any color.

COMMON USES:

DRY ERASE is ideal for most drywall, masonite, wood, concrete, cement, and prepared metal surfaces. It can replace old chalkboards and whiteboards and be applied directly to walls. DRY ERASE is recommended for a variety of environments like schools, offices, board/conference rooms, children's bedroom walls, warehouses, cafeterias, gymnasiums, homes, and commercial kitchens.

Use standard dry erasers or non-abrasive cloths to wipe Dry Erase markings until they are entirely removed. • For tough-to-remove markings, the following cleaners can be used: Expo White Board Cleaner, Windex Crystal Rain Clear, or D-limonene cleaning wipes (ex., by Tub O’Towels).

WARRANTY INFORMATION: Monopole Inc. warrants the DRY ERASE  for 10 years as long as the substrate, application, and cleaning methods meet the guidelines. For the duration of the 10-year warranty, no additional coats of DRY ERASE  will need to be applied
