MONOCHEM DEX-COAT is a water-based, acrylic deck coating that forms a tough finish for all exterior/interior floor surfaces. It has outstanding durability and its abrasive-resistance quality assures excellent wear even in heavy traffic areas. It displays high resistance to alkali, acids, UV exposure and moisture. When cured, DEX-COAT remains elastic and will contract and expand with temperature and weather variances.

• Topcoat/ Recoat Time: 30-90 minutes after product has dried.
• Dry Times: Normal Foot Traffic - 24 hours Heavy Exposure 3-5 Days
• Application Thickness: 2 - 14 dry mils. Very forgiving product that displays self-leveling characteristics.
• Application Methods: Rolled, Sprayed, Brushed.
• Surface Temperature During Application: 50 - 90 F.
