We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept wire transfer, letter of credit, money order, cash, and checks (except for COD). You can submit your order by phone, fax or e-mail.

For industrial and institutional accounts we can bill Net 30 days on approved credit. Chemex requires a $100.00 minimum order. Orders less than $100.00 will be assessed an additional $15.00 handling fee.

Chemex must authorize all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to cover the cost of inspection and repacking.

All merchandise is shipped FOB Chemex. We have shipping depots in every part of the USA and Canada.
