MOLY GREASE
HEAVY-DUTY HIGH TEMP WITH MOLYBDENUM
Our highest quality premium grade grease. The moly reduces friction and protects against excessive wear from extreme loads. Its extra load-carrying capabilities are indicated by its Timken Load of 65-one of the highest in our industry. It lasts longer than many conventional greases, as the MOLY actually "plates out" on the metal surfaces, reducing friction and extending the lubrication cycle. COOL LUBE-100
SYNTHETIC FLUID MAKES A CLEAR SOLUTION
This synthetic cutting fluid contains no silicone or sulfur, and has special corrosion inhibitors to protect finished work from flash rusting. When diluted for use, it makes a clear solution to give the operator an unobstructed view of the workpiece. Dilution ratios can be varied for the best economy under various conditions. For severe operations and hard metals, use a 10:1 dilution. Light duty operations may use a dilution of 50:1. Monitor tool temperature to determine the proper dilution for a particular operation. Use COOL-LUBE-100 for machining, punching, sawing, milling, boring, cutting, grinding, tapping, and threading operations on all sheets and non-ferrous metals. Suitable for carbon steels, Stainless Steels, Chrome-Moly and Vanadium Steels, Inconel, Monel, Aluminum and Aluminum alloys. Non-irritating to skin. Dilutes up to 50-1 with water.
