EPOXY & URETHANE
ICO COAT (Our most economical) 100% solids epoxy that can be applied in virtually any thickness, without shrinkage or cracking. Non-blushing material with low viscosity that enables it to be easily sprayed with conventional spray equipment, without solvent additives.
ICO COAT finishes to a high gloss and is available in clear & four pigmented colors: gray, dark gray, beige & red. Self-priming material with high compression strength > 10,000 psi. Recommended coverage is 160 sq. ft. per gallon. One of our sealers can be used as a top coat for greater clarity if decorative color quartz applications. Sold in 4-gallon kits, 20-gallon bulk pack and 100 gallon drum kits. Can resist caustics and dilute acids for up to 24-hour exposure beyond which one of our more chemically resistant coatings should be used.

ICO GLAZE
ICO GLAZE is a two part, odorless, 100% solids epoxy coating for protecting concrete, block and masonry ceiling and wall surfaces in the most demanding industrial environments. Applied by brush, roller, or spray up to 30 mils, ICO GLAZE dries to a high gloss, ceramic-like finish that is impervious to liquid and vapor transmission. Unlike wall tiles and FRP panels, it is a seamless protective coating that leaves no voids or gaps for bacteria to breed.

ICO GUARD 51
ICO GUARD 51 is our ?food grade? flooring. It has the excellent combination of chemical resistance and resilience. This is a resin-rich, one step application with excellent damp adhesion. The neat resin has elongation of 9%. Virtually no odor and no special ventilation is necessary. Fast cure version available.

RX-101 ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
HIGH ACTIVE, HIGH DILUTION, NO FILM DETERGENT - CONTAINS AIRICIDE ODOR COUNTERACTANT - IDEAL FOR CLEANING "WET-LOOK" FLOORS
RX-101 is a liquid, all-purpose cleaner with unique abilities in cleaning, free rinsing and deodorizing. It is 100% synthetic for better removal of greasy, oily soil. It is highly chelated and made of liquid surfactants rather than powders to avoid leaving a film. And it contains Airicide® odor counteractant to leave areas fresh smelling wherever it is used. For no film, no rinse cleaning of polished and unpolished floors including vinyl, vynyl asbestos, asphalt tile, rubber, marble, terrazzo, ceramic tile and concrete. Cleans walls, woodwork, partitions, glass, wood, metal, leather and plastic furniture; bathroom and shower room walls, fixtures, etc. For washing automobiles, buses, trucks, etc…. counteracts unpleasant odors as it cleans.

SELF POLISHING TO HIGH GLOSS
This durable, slip-resistant finish is ideal for vinyl, asphalt, rubber, terrazzo, slate, linoleum, and finished wood floors. It beautifies and protects floors from wear, resisting water, detergents, scuffs, and heel marks. LEGACY FLOOR FINISH provides a long-lasting high luster - even without buffing, with a careful balance of economy and performance. Coverage: up to 900 square feet per gallon. Thoroughly strip, rinse and allow floor to dry. Apply 2 to 3 coats of finish using conventional application techniques. Allow each coat to dry for 30 minutes, and buff to bring out the maximum luster of the finish.

STRIPPER CONCENTRATE WITH THE POWER TO REMOVE ALL FINISHES
This stripper is designed for maximum performance without the noxious ammonia fumes of common wax strippers. When properly diluted, this NON-AMMONIATED WAX STRIPPER CONCENTRATE will remove all types of finishes, including detergent resistant, metal-interlocked acrylic finishes. Ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, schools, churches, and any other area where ammonia fumes from conventional strippers would be unacceptable. Use 8 to 12 ounces per gallon of hot water.

SUPER STRIPPER is the most effortless way to remove natural and synthetic finishes from all types of floors - without discoloring or otherwise harming the flooring material. Powerful ingredients strip finishes in half the time of ordinary strippers - without laborious scrubbing or obnoxious ammonia fumes. This improved formula picks up so well that, in many cases, rinsing will not be required. Use 24 to 48 ounces of SUPER STRIPPER per gallon of hot water. In most cases, rinsing will not be required. When removing heavy finish build-up, rinse floor before applying new finish.

CONCRETE ETCH & CLEANER
PREPARES CONCRETE FOR SEALING OR PAINT
Specially formulated for use on concrete floors, brick, masonry block and flagstone. It contains powerful muriatic acid to clean, etch, and whiten concrete and neutralize surface alkalinity. It should be used to prepare all concrete surfaces before painting or sealing, to provide maximum penetration, bonding strength, and durability of the coating. To prepare floor, sweep and scrub with detergent if necessary to remove heavy soil, grease and oil deposits. Etch the surface by using a solution of 1 gallon of this product in 5 gallons of water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and allow to dry completely before sealing or painting.

CK-92 CLEAR KOTE/ WATERPROOFER
NON-FLAMMABLE - NO VOC’S
CK-92 is a permanent water based, penetrating sealer designed for protecting concrete, asphalt, stucco, brick, unglazed ceramic and more. A one coat treatment, CK-92 provides for easier cleanups of carports, driveways, and masonry areas, subject to oil and grease spills. A solvent seal or paint may be applied over CK-92 after it has dried.

"C-50" CLEANER/DEGREASER
EXTREMELY SAFE TO USE
Use C-50 to wipe out dirt and grease on all washable surfaces. C-50 has the power you need to tackle greasy concrete floors, engines, BBQ grills, ovens, machinery, walls and woodwork. Highly concentrated. Safe to use on all washable surfaces - and usually requires no rinsing.
