"CWT-31+" ALKALINITY CONTROL TREATMENT PROGRAM
"CWT-31+" is an Alkalinity Control Technology Formulation with Built-in Corrosion Inhibitors & Dispersants.
| It is by far the most effective choice in selecting a scale preventative for Evaporative Recirculating Cooling Systems, including Evaporative Condensers.
True Benefits of an Alkalinity Control Program:
- By preventing "P" Alkalinity from forming in the system's water and having only HCO3 present (which is highly soluble) your system will not form scale.
- Temporarily lowering the system's water pH to a negative index, can serve as an "on stream" gradual scale remover.
- PH below 8.0 in the system, making the use of low cost oxidizing biocides possible.
- Will always allow systems concentration to be higher (5 cycles or greater).
Reducing the amount of intentional water removal from the system to satisfy bleed off demand is a major factor because of today's high cost for water and the increased cost of sewage rates
- Two (2) cycles of concentration requires 100% of the system's water to be bled to the sewer and six (6) cycles of concentration requires only 20% to be bled

"TOWER TABS" SCALE & CORROSION CONTROL
FOR COOLING TOWERS, EVAPORATIVE CONDENSERS, HUMIDIFIERS AND HEAT EXCHANGERS
"TOWER TABS” Scale & Corrosion Tablets are an environmentally friendly form of advanced technology water treatment for recirculating evaporative cooling water systems and heat exchangers. This product is a concentrated blend of organo phosphates, polymeric anti-scalents and dispersants with organic corrosion inhibitors - all in convenient tablet form.
TOWER TABS require no supplemental pH control and it protects ferrous and non-ferrous metals while inhibiting the formation of hard mineral scale in high hardness, high alkalinity makeup water.
The Model E Automatic Tablet Feeder is used to feed TOWER TABS.

"CHEMICATOR CRYSTALS" Scale & Corrosion Control
Chemicator Crystals are timed release to inhibit scale & corrosion control in small cooling towers and evaporative condensers.
Chemicator Crystals are slowly soluble, glass-like phosphate crystals designed to provide extended protection for open cooling water systems. They prevent the precipitation of calcium carbonate, stabilize iron and manganese and sequester the scale and rust forming materials present in feed water.
Chemicator Crystals form a surface-active, monomolecular film on metal surfaces, which protects the metals from corrosion.
Approximate normal dosage is one pound of Chemicator Crystals per 5 tons of refrigeration every 30 days.
Simply add enough Chemicator Crystals so there are crystals left after 30 days.
Very easy to use and apply. Available in 5-pound buckets and 25-pound pails.

"SC-10" CLOSED SYSTEM CLEANER
“SC-10” is designed to preclean newly installed closed loop systems. “SC -10” also can and will clean systems that have been operating without treatment and require cleaning prior to initiating a treatment program. “SC-10” will remove residual deposits of cutting oil, iron oxide deposits, dirt and general corrosion products containing carbonate and ferrous complexes.

"TT-20" YELLOW METAL INHIBITOR
TT-20 is a specially concentrated yellow metal inhibitor. TT-20 is designed to give support and maintain the highest yellow metal inhibitor levels possible against copper corrosion in large closed loop systems or in large water storage systems, that may be partially copper constructed.
The range of use potential includes large open recirculated cooling water systems, that may be in need of higher AZOL inhibitor levels or quenching tanks that may be used to cool non-ferrous metal parts that go into storage prior to being used. Also resolves surface oxidation problems in metal plating environments.

TOWER ALGAECIDE 10
TOWER ALGAECIDE 10 controls algae, bacteria, and fungi in water cooling towers. It contains 10% of a non-volatile polymeric quat as the active ingredient. Towers should be cleaned to remove heavy algae growth and any other deposits, then treat with an initial dose of 6.13 to 15.32 ounces per 1000 gallons of water. Repeat initial dosage until control is evident. Subsequent slug additions of 1.53 to 15.32 ounces per 1000 gallons should be made every 2 to 5 days or as needed. Frequency of addition depends upon the amount of bleedoff and severity of the microbiological growth.

MB-305
ALGAECIDE AND MICROBIOCIDE
| Designed for use as a primary biocide or as a secondary treatment in a program of alternating dual biocides, MB-305 controls algae and bacteria in water cooling towers. This is also the product of choice for controlling biological fouling in chilled loops (recirculating systems).
An initial slug dose of 5.1 to 10.2 ounces per 1000 gallons of water is recommended. Subsequent additions of 1.7 to 10.2 ounces per 1000 gallons may be made every 1 to 5 days or as needed.
