CWT-31 PLUS is an alkalinity control technology program with built-in corrosion inhibitors and dispersants. CWT-31 is by far the most effective choice in selecting a scale and corrosion preventative for evaporative recirculated cooling systems, including evaporative condensers.
"CWT 500B" — Tech Sheet
CWT 500B is designed to provide inhibition for calcium, scale and oxygen-induced corrosion attack. CWT 500B contains the required ingredients to provide for dispersment of sludge-forming solids that occur in low temperature cooling systems. Designed specifically for use in HVAC, including small to medium recirculating evaporative cooling tower systems and/or evaporative condenser systems.
"CL-2" — Closed Loop Treatment — Tech Sheet
CL-2 is designed as a corrosion inhibitor for either closed loop chilled water systems or closed loop hot water systems. CL-2 is a blend of three separate corrosion inhibitors, a surfactant and an iron oxide reducing agent.
"PURGE" — Algaecide/Microbiocide — Tech Sheet
This liquid additive prevents biological fouling and controls the build-up of algae and bacteria in recirculating commercial and industrial water-cooling towers. It features a broad-spectrum algaecide that reduces the growth of fungi, slime and other organic deposits. It can be applied to systems by slug addition at full concentration, or mixed at lower dilution rates for routine maintenance or customized applications.
"STABROM 909" — Stabilized Liquid Bromine — Tech Sheet
Albemarle's STABROM® 909 biocide is a premium product from a new class of biocides offering the power of oxidizers and the stability of non-oxidizers. Unlike sodium bromide, STABROM® 909 biocide does not require activation with chlorine. It provides effective system performance and is easier to handle and deliver than other biocides.
"BCDMH" — Bromine Tabs — Tech Sheet
BCDMH Tabs offer a safer, more effective alternative to chlorine-based oxidizing biocides and non-oxidizing biocides for microbiological control in industrial cooling waters. When dissolved in water, BCDMH Tabs generate hypobromous acid. BCDMH Tabs are registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency for use in once-through and recirculating cooling waters, heat exchange water systems, air washers equipped with mist eliminators, industrial water scrubbers, influent water systems, brewery pasteurizers, cooling ponds, wastewater treatment systems and pulp and paper mills and sanitizer for pools, spas/hot tubs.
"MIRACOIL 2" — Non-Acid Coil Cleaner — Tech Sheet
Electric company studies show conservation of electricity and savings in cost of operating air conditioners of 28-30% by just cleaning and deoxidizing the condenser coil — and that can be quick and easy with MIRACOIL because the condenser coil is on the outside of the unit and MIRACOIL is formulated especially for this purpose. There's nothing to adjust or even touch inside the unit. Just spray on MIRACOIL and watch. The formula reacts with any build-up of corrosion to create a foam that penetrates the fins of the coil and literally floats soil to the surface. Then, rinse with plain water and return the unit to service.

PAN-GEL geltabs are a unique approach to A/C drain pan treatment. As the moisture either drips on or flows over the PAN-GEL geltab, it forms a gel, locking the geltab into place. This locking action never allows the geltab to move or block the drain line. PAN-GEL geltab's uniquely designed formula with AT-8 turns the geltab into a very slow gel release, giving it a positive, long-lasting and aggressive cleaning action.
