ASB-902 STEAM BOILER TREATMENT
ASB-902 is an ALL IN ONE formula with all the necessary chemicals for a complete treatment program in boilers using hard water make-up. It combines alkalinity builders and carbonate cycle scale control with oxygen scavengers, sludge dispersants, and volatile steam line corrosion inhibitors. ASB-902 is designed for use in low pressure heating and process steam boilers using hard water and operating at pressures up to 200 psig. Use approximately 1 quart per week per 25 horsepower of capacity for standard space heating boilers.

AFT-961
FUEL OIL TREATMENT
AFT-961 FUEL OIL TREATMENT improves combustion efficiency for greater economy and less pollution. In the fuel tank, AFT-961 disperses moisture and sludge to stop clogged filters, nozzles, and lines. It fluidizes heavy residual oils for faster pumping and uniform pressures. In the boiler, AFT-961 combines a combustion catalyst system, emulsifying agents and solvents to protect tubes and refractory brickwork by deactivating the vanadium oxides and sodium salts that deposit on boiler tubes and walls. Fuel oil treated with AFT-961 burns cleaner and more completely, reducing soot and sulfur emissions. Special volatile corrosion inhibitors prevent cold-end stack corrosion. Use an initial dosage of 1 gallon per 1000 gallons of fuel. When system is clean, reduce treatment to 1 pint per 1000 gallons of fuel.

ASR-932 STEAM LINE TREATMENT

ASR-932 is a volatile neutralizing amine formulated for corrosion protection in steam condensate systems and associated power equipment. It provides excellent protection for return line systems, reducing the copper and iron content of the condensate. ASR-932 will gradually and safely remove existing corrosion deposits and congestion.

ASB-645
SLUDGE CONDITIONER TREATMENT
ASB-645 is a polymeric sludge dispersant and fluidizer to provide economical treatment of steam boiler water. Anionic, nonphosphate dispersant and scale inhibitors remove and control scale and other deposits caused by calcium, magnesium, barium, aluminum, iron, and other polyvalent cations. ASB-645 should be added to the boiler to maintain a residual of 20 to 50 parts per million in the concentrated boiler water.
